The CharKOR BBQ truck is offering something quite different on the food truck scene – Korean fusion cuisine. Their core offering stems around healthy meats cooked in the charcoal grill oven, designed to remove excess oil without sacrificing flavour.
Korean style nachos? Who would have thought… judging by their Facebook and Instagram pics we’d happily give them a go!
Chef Lydia and her husband Boo had been running a popular Korean market stall for some time. A food truck was the next step for them in order to expand their business and give them the freedom, flexibility and convenience that a market stall can’t quite offer.
With a 4.5m x 2.2m x 2.3m custom built food truck body built onto a white Mercedes Sprinter cab chassis, the CharKOR BBQ truck is well equipped to operate as a full commercial kitchen.
