Former head chef of The W Hotel in Brisbane, Paddy Zhang, has gone mobile in his own venture, Chef 365.
Paddy needed a top class food truck to suit his top class food, and after hunting around for a van builder, decided that the team at Van Demons would be best suited for the job.
We built Paddy a 4.2m x 2.4m fully fitted truck body to go onto his new Renault Master cab platform truck, featuring all the commercial kitchen equipment Paddy needs to cook his amazing hand-made dumplings, noodles, spring rolls and other Asian delights. (And we know they’re amazing, he came and cooked lunch for the Van Demons crew to christen his new truck!)
